Modern and fantastic room, exceptionally comfortable beds, good breakfast. Location close enough to restaurants and the nearby mall, which has a very large variety of dining options, and the Novotel Morumbi. Nearby Canvas Bar & Restaurante - great place to chill out.

Location: the hotel was near to called `` ponte estaiada ''. Luckily it was close to Cafe & Sabor, had pastries there when it was hot outside.

The staff is absolutely professional. The room is big enough, clean, and have every kind of comfort.

Perfect hotel in business trip

The rooms were modern and functional, with wooden floors and a king-size bed. The hotel is situated in a comfortable location near the residential area of Morumbi, on a hill above the new Octavio Frias bridge and a nearby mall.

This hotel is a great value for money! The rooms may have outdated furnishings, but they are clean and comfortable. I loved the king size bed and the AC worked perfectly. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Plus, the staff was attentive and friendly, always ready to assist. The location of the hotel, just across the Pinheiros "river", provided a nice view from the terrace onto the Berrini Business district. It's situated in a quiet street with plenty of vegetation, creating a serene atmosphere.

All was more than okay, no improvements needed.

During my Easter stay in SP, I enjoyed the comfortable beds and clean facilities. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and shuttle service to nearby destinations. the hotel’s location near restaurants and shopping centers made it easy to explore the city.

The noisy air conditioning also made it difficult to fall asleep at night. the hotel provided a decent value for the price, but could benefit from upgrading some of its room features.

Free chocolates on arrival and free cocktails daily were a nice touch. Great access to the city center and nearby attractions.

Room was not very clean, had some bugs in the bathroom. Not a safe area to walk around, especially at night.

I was impressed with our stay at Novotel. The hotel had a modern and clean atmosphere, and the rooms were fantastic with comfortable beds and great amenities. The location was also a highlight, with close proximity to shopping centers and the beautiful "ponte estaiada" bridge. The view from the rooms and leisure area was breathtaking. We also enjoyed the delicious feijoada buffet on Saturdays and the free van service for short trips. I would highly recommend this hotel.
